About us:

The Association for Women in Communication Student Chapter is associated with the national women's organization that strives to further the professional development of all women in all industries involving communication. Our chapter is open to all Illinois State University students, with no gender or major restrictions. We work together to bring our members professional opportunities and networking skills that prepare students for success in the future.

We combine professional development, volunteer opportunities, and socials to give all members a well-rounded experience  to succeed and create connections that will last a lifetime. In addition to our ISU student chapter, we have access to wonderful people in the Bloomington-Normal professional chapter as well as the national chapter at large!
